Wanda is a Former business analyst (MBA) who exited the corporate life to pursue and embrace a more meaningful life through yoga and other healthy living practices. “I’m dedicating my life, my heart and my soul to helping and inspiring others to find their happy place”.
Wanda was first drawn to yoga for the physical benefits, in search of variation from other physical exercises. Sports have always been a part of Wanda’s life. From soccer, running, weightlifting, hiking to triathlons, she has always been an active person.
In discovering yoga in 2005, she found a new love. “My first class was Bikram in a cold winter in NJ. I was amazed at how challenging the series was as well as how good I felt after class. Before I left my first yoga class I was trying to figure out when I could take my next class. I knew I was hooked!”
Always passionate about living a healthy and balanced life, Wanda’s yoga evolved from a physical curiosity to a grounding way of life. “I was noticing differences in and outside the yoga studio”. Injuries that disrupted her daily life before started to dissipate. After practicing for more than a decade, Wanda decided to complete teacher training. She specializes in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative yoga. Wanda is certified to teach Prenatal and Postnatal yoga.
