This class is designed to build strength and stability in order to ease the strain that pregnancy can cause on your muscles, joints and bones. Every class begins with conscious breathing and mindfulness practices specific to pregnancy. Next you can count on a brief check-in to build connection, safety and a sense of community. The anatomy of pregnancy will be interwoven throughout class in accessible ways to help you build the confidence needed for the journey ahead. Class will end with a wind down period and final relaxation, to ease your nervous system and recharge.This is an all levels class that is inclusive of every stage of pregnancy.
