Prenatal Yoga With Wanda Velez

 

Wanda combines her enthusiasm and love of yoga with knowledge of alignment, anatomy, and physiology. She leans on her massage therapy coursework in anatomy and physiology to teach a class that is safe for beginners but still challenging for more advanced practitioners. Her classes encourage students of all levels to work deeply while honoring and working within their limitations.

Wanda offers expecting mothers an authentic selection of movement to ignite the mother/baby mind and body connection through playful and challenging sequences focusing on the fluidity of the body supported by the breath.
