In this class, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself, your baby and other pregnant people. We will link breath and movement, creating a moving meditation, using both traditional yoga asana and modern movement practices, to address common discomforts of pregnancy to find ease in your mind and body. You can expect some basic information about pregnancy and birth to be shared and Margot’s warmth and light heartedness to show up throughout the class. This class is designed for every stage of pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
