Postpartum Yoga With Amarylis Fernandez

 

It’s time to get moving again! The yoga poses will be gentle enough for the postpartum body, but powerful enough to enliven you. We’ll move for about an hour then use the remaining time to chat and connect. Feel free to bring your pre-crawling baby. Students must be at least 8 weeks postpartum.
