This is a class for all ages – perfect for older students and those new to yoga. Join us for a gentle yet challenging blend of stretching, strengthening and breath awareness. You’ll improve your flexibility and balance while quieting your mind. We use props — blocks, bolsters and blankets — to assist us as we practice asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath control). You don’t need to be a grandparent to take this class. It’s open to everyone! P.S. This class is free until April!
